Role: In this key role, the Staff Accountant will perform accounting for variety of real estate entities. Work also includes monthly consolidations, fixed asset account, loan compliance, cash forecasting, audit schedule prep and financial reporting. If you like variety throughout the day, month, or year, this is the job for you.
Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Accounting. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a general ledger program.
