Sales Agents

  • Looking for Jr. or Experienced sales agents with knowledge of Cooperatives and Condominiums.
  • Must have NY Real Estate License.

Accountant

Role: In this key role, the Staff Accountant will perform accounting for variety of real estate entities. Work also includes monthly consolidations, fixed asset account, loan compliance, cash forecasting, audit schedule prep and financial reporting. If you like variety throughout the day, month, or year, this is the job for you.

Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Accounting.  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a general ledger program.

  • Auditing the records of daily transactions for real properties managed by Petitioner and ensuring all transactions are recorded with utmost accuracy and in conformity with the law.
  • Supporting assigned agent and clients on industry-specific accounting software and processes;
  • Conferring with Comptroller to devise proper procedures for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Statement Management
  • Analyzing financial records retained by All Area Realty Services to recommend improvement plan to achieve efficiency in management of the real properties.
  • Overseeing the training of assigned agents on accounting software
  • Performing monthly audits of property management portfolios
  • Monitoring all accounting practices and ensuring such practice is in conformity with company policies
  • Managing all other accountancy related functions of Petitioner

Bookkeepers

  • Looking for Jr. and Sr. Bookkeepers (Jr. 1-3 years) (Sr. 3+ Years)
  • Must know general accounting terms and philosophy.
  • Must know Word, Excel, Adobe and Internet Explorer (Internet Access).
  • Must know how to use Office scanners, Network printers and other forms of Document Management devices.
  • Good to know Yardi Accounting Software.

Managing Agents

  • Must have minimum 3 years of prior Experience in Cooperatives and Condominiums.
  • Must know Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Adobe and Internet Explorer (Internet Access).
  • Must know how to use Office scanners, Network printers and other forms of Document Management devices.
  • Good to know Yardi Accounting Software.
  • Must be able to travel all 5 boroughs.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends.

Building Assistants (Assistants to Building Managers with growth to Building Manager)

  • Must have minimum 1 year of prior Experience. We prefer 2 Years.
  • Must know Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Adobe and Internet Explorer (Internet Access).
  • Must know how to use Office scanners, Network printers and other forms of Document Management devices.
  • Good to know Yardi Accounting Software.
  • Must be able to travel all 5 boroughs.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends.
