Stephanie is the Vice President of All Area Realty Services Inc. and joined the company in 2020. Since becoming part of the team, she has played a pivotal role in the continued growth and expansion of the company’s portfolio and operations.
Stephanie works closely alongside President Eleni Magoulas in all aspects of day-to-day operations, strategic planning, client relations, and organizational development.
Stephanie oversees talent acquisition, employee experience, company culture, leadership development, workforce planning, compensation and benefits at All Area Realty Services. She plays a key role in strategic planning and operational execution, helping develop the foundation for the company’s continued growth and long-term success.
Working closely with EVP Gary, Stephanie supports the ongoing evolution of All Area through the implementation of 21st-century technology and information management systems that enhance operations and client service. She also oversees the Transition Department process for all new clients, ensuring a smooth and organized onboarding experience for boards, residents, vendors, and staff.
Stephanie’s background spans multiple industries, bringing a diverse and client-focused perspective to property management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology and previously worked in product development within New York City’s wholesale fashion district, as well as a Field Manager for a leading beauty company covering all five boroughs for over a decade. These experiences strengthened her expertise in client relations, operational management, and delivering exceptional customer service.
